Legal Terms:
VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC. CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT: Accepting this quote and a paid deposit fee is required to reserve the services of VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC. for an event or service. VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC. is NOT responsible for anyone consuming or handling alcoholic beverages who is not 21 years of age or older. We highly suggest food being out no longer than 4 hours; however, if food is left out longer than the time frame suggested, and your guests continue to consume the food products, then VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC. shall not be held responsible for any foodborne pathogens, illnesses, sickness, etc. as a result of this. Any changes to an order must be made no later than 3 business days prior to the event or service. Any changes made thereafter shall incur an additional $50 inconvenience charge of items selected added to the final bill. VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC. staff shall be paid by Square, through an invoice sent via email to the client. The Square invoice can be split between several people at the request of the client. Communication regarding the planning of an event or service shall only include the person who submitted the initial/original inquiry unless other arrangements are made with VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC., the event manager of VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC., and anyone else who may be listed on the proposal to make authorized changes. Please understand that communicating with multiple clients and/or guests may cause confusion and we, VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC., want your experience(s) to be as smooth as possible.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: Upon booking, a 50% deposit toward the invoice(s), more than two weeks (14 days) out from the date of the event shall be paid to VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC. The 50% deposit will be deducted from the final invoice. If the event is less than two weeks (14 days) out, then 100% of the invoice(s) shall be paid to VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC. Any and all additional costs incurred during your event shall be charged the day of the event. Any additional costs accumulated during the event will be charged the day of the event. •After the event if there is an unpaid balance VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC. reserves the right to charge the card on file to retain that balance exactly 14 days after the scheduled event date. VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC. reserves the right to cancel your services if the payment for the remaining balance has not been paid in full 5 business days by 5 pm prior to the event. In doing so, the deposit and any monies/payment(s) collected, shall not be refunded. If the event is booked last minute, less than 3-5 business days before the actual event VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC. reserves the right to collect payment in full. That means the deposit and remaining balance. To cancel the services of VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC., you will need to notify us in writing or via email within 3 business days prior to your scheduled function, doing so within the aforementioned time frame will cancel and nullify the initial contract. Failing to cancel the contracted services of VINTAGE CRAFTS, ETC. within the specified time, shall result in 50% of the proposed total amount to be charged to the credit/debit card on file, per the credit card authorization form. In the case of a cancellation within 3 business days prior to the scheduled function, 50% of the total proposed amount will be refunded.
